Data processed when you contact ILRES S.A.
ILRES S.A. uses the data you provide when you write to it by post, using the contact form, or when you contact it or one of its employees by telephone or e-mail, for the purpose of dealing with your request. This processing takes place on different legal bases depending on the type of request:

When your request concerns an offer that you are requesting or a current contract with ILRES S.A., the processing of your personal data will take place because it is necessary for the execution of said contract or pre-contractual measures taken at your request (paragraph 1 , point (b) of Article 6 of Regulation 2016/679).
ILRES S.A. also reserves the right to use the contact details of its customers and those provided by their employees to communicate information relating to the services it offers. In this case, the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest that ILRES S.A. has to make its products and services known in order to develop its economic activity. Finally, ILRES S.A. will use the contact details of its customers and those provided by their employees to invite them to participate in surveys concerning its services (satisfaction surveys, product tests). Recipients of your personal data
The data processed when you contact ILRES S.A. may be transferred to its service providers, that is to say those whose intervention is useful for the execution of a contract that you or your company have concluded with it, or other service providers such as its auditors, Cloud space providers, accountants, or legal advisors. Transfer to third countries
This website and the data it contains and processes are hosted on servers located in Switzerland, on a system provided to ILRES S.A. by Infomaniak Network S.A. Switzerland is considered to offer an adequate level of protection by the European Commission, and the transfer to this country can therefore be carried out as if it were a transfer within the European Economic Area.
Apart from this processing in Switzerland, ILRES S.A. will not transfer the personal data it processes to a country outside the European Union without informing you in advance.
Data retention period
The data processed when you contact ILRES S.A. are kept for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes it pursues and in accordance with its legal obligations.
So for example:
- If the processing of your data occurs within the framework of the execution of a contract that you have requested, your data will be kept at least until the end of said contract, and, for those of them which must be kept at under the accounting obligations, at least ten years after full payment of the services and costs agreed by this contract.
- The contact details processed by ILRES S.A. to communicate information relating to the services it offers or to carry out surveys concerning these services will only be used as long as the persons concerned are part of its customers (two years after the last service provided). ‘ILRES S.A.).
- When ILRES S.A. responds to a request concerning your personal data, the data relating to the management of this request are archived for the period necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of ILRES S.A.’s rights.
- If you communicate your data as part of an application for a job, and your profile corresponds to the type of job that ILRES S.A. offers or that it is looking for, it will keep this data securely for no later than a year after having received them, unless you object to it doing so, or if entering into a relationship leads to an employment contract.
