Qualitative research
ILRES has extensive experience in conducting individual or group qualitative surveys
An established, efficient process
ILRES regularly carries out qualitative surveys, from recruitment through to the delivery of an analysis report or conversation transcript. A number of our employees have extensive experience of focus group moderation.
Recruitment is generally carried out using a screening questionnaire on MyPanel – a solution that enables us to quickly obtain balanced groups of participants. Thanks to its wide range of technical solutions, and depending on the needs of the survey, ILRES is able to propose alternative solutions to its customers, such as the use of a customer contact database or the creation of an online registration portal.
Find out
ILRES works with the client to draw up a discussion guide covering the various objectives and issues that might occur during the discussions. The results can be presented in the form of a study report, containing an analysis that aims not only to describe the results obtained, but also to relate them to the objectives, in the form of a transcript, an audio or a video recording.
Multidisciplinary methods
- Focus groups, face-to-face in a room specially equipped for this type of research or via video-conferencing
- Semi-structured interviews, face-to-face or via video-conference
- Online communities
ILRES also offers a number of technical options, subject to participants’ agreement:
- Audiovisual recording for later analysis
- Remote viewing for clients
- Conversation transcription in other languages
