On 15th May, on Diversity Day, Ilres joined 34 other organisations in Luxembourg in signing the Diversity Charter

In a country as diverse as Luxembourg, where people from more than 170 nationalities live and work together, embracing diversity is not only a social responsibility but also a strategic imperative.

Promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace ensures that every employee, regardless of their individual characteristics (like language, disability, religion, sexual orientation, etc.) feels valued and empowered.
